Privacy Policy

1. Overview

Summit Hub ("the Application") is an internal operations platform operated by Senior Summit Insurance Group ("SSIG", "we", "us"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when authorized personnel access the Application.

2. Information We Collect

When you sign in, we receive the following information from Google OAuth:

• Your name and email address
• Your Google profile photo (display purposes only)

We do not receive or store your Google password. We do not access your Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, or any other Google service beyond the basic profile information needed for authentication.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to:

• Verify that you are an authorized member of the SSIG organization
• Display your name and photo within the Application
• Associate your account with your assigned role and permissions
• Maintain an audit trail of actions taken within the Application

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties for marketing or commercial purposes. Your data may be shared only with infrastructure providers (Supabase for database and authentication, Vercel for hosting) strictly as necessary to operate the Application.

5. Data Retention

Your account data is retained for as long as you are an active member of the organization. Upon termination of employment or removal from the platform, your account will be deactivated. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting your administrator.

6. Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Authentication is handled through Google OAuth 2.0 and Supabase — we never store passwords. Access to the Application is restricted to users who have been explicitly provisioned by an SSIG administrator.

7. Access Limited to Authorized Users

Summit Hub is a private, internal tool. It is not a public service. Access is limited to employees and contractors of Senior Summit Insurance Group who have been granted an account by an administrator.
