Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Summit Hub ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not access the Application. These terms apply to all users of the Application.

2. Authorized Use Only

Summit Hub is a private internal tool operated by Senior Summit Insurance Group ("SSIG"). Access is granted solely to authorized employees and contractors of SSIG. Unauthorized access, sharing of credentials, or use of the Application for any purpose outside of your assigned role is strictly prohibited.

3. User Responsibilities

As an authorized user, you agree to:

• Use the Application only for legitimate business purposes on behalf of SSIG
• Keep your account credentials secure and not share access with others
• Report any unauthorized access or security concerns to your administrator immediately
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and SSIG internal policies
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse any part of the Application

4. Ownership of Data

All data entered into or generated by the Application — including agent records, RTS certifications, sales data, and operational records — is the exclusive property of Senior Summit Insurance Group. Users do not acquire any ownership rights to this data by virtue of accessing or interacting with it.

5. Confidentiality

Information accessible through Summit Hub is confidential and proprietary. You agree not to disclose, copy, or distribute any information obtained through the Application outside of your authorized scope of work. This obligation survives termination of your employment or engagement with SSIG.

6. Account Termination

SSIG reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to violation of these Terms, end of employment, or operational necessity.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "as is" for internal operational use. SSIG makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose beyond its intended internal use.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SSIG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Application.

9. Changes to These Terms

SSIG may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
